For orders above 20 Kgs we can ship your order by your desired transport service on To Pay basis.

Exchange or Return of Goods

At Wholesaledock, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product of good quality and wish to return it, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, the product must remain in its original state. If the product is damaged through no fault of your own, you still have the right to request a return. However, if the value of the product has decreased due to unpacking or testing, you may still request a refund.

Please Note: Returns will not be accepted if any components are missing, including:

  • Original packaging
  • Receipt from the Bulkykart online store
  • Warranty card
  • Documentation of any defects prepared by the service department

Do you deliver on public holidays?

While we do our best to accommodate deliveries, please note that delivery services may be limited on public holidays. It's advisable to check with our customer service for specific holiday delivery schedules.

 

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to most locations across India. To confirm if we can deliver to your specific postcode, please enter it during the checkout process or contact our support team for assistance.

 

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available for select products and areas. Please check the delivery options at checkout to see if your order qualifies for next-day delivery.

 

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

For most orders, a signature is not required upon delivery. However, if your order is of high value or requires special handling, our delivery partner may ask for a signature. You can leave specific delivery instructions during checkout if you prefer a contactless delivery.
