Manage Orders & Delivery

Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?
No, you cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. In case of any cancellation after dispatch, Forward & Return Shipping Charges will be borne by you.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by following the steps below:

1. Go to 'Account'
2. Go to 'My Orders'
3. Tap on 'View' on the order that you want to cancel
4. Tap on 'Cancel Order'
5. Your order will be canceled successfully.

In case the order has been dispatched then the order cannot be canceled.
Can I specify or change the delivery date?
No, you cannot change the shipment time or get it delivered on a certain date. The dispatch date for each order will be updated on the app or website in My Orders page.
What is the duration of the shipment?
The shipment duration varies depending on the location where the order has to be shipped. Once we receive an order we ship your order within 1-2 working days and order will be delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch depending on the customer's location.
What happens if a customer is not available at the time of delivery?
In this case, when an end customer is not available at the time of delivery, we will ask our courier partners to reattempt delivery. However, in case you track the order and find that several delivery attempts are made and an end customer is not available, please follow up with your customer from your end and ask them to accept delivery.
Do you ship outside India?
No, Sorry. Currently, we do not ship outside of India.
What are the shipping charges?

Shipping Charges for Dropship Orders

Within Maharashtra - Rs. 50/Kg
Rest of the country - Rs. 60/Kg

Packing Charges - Rs. 10/Order (applicable on dropship orders only)

Shipping Charges for Bulk Orders

For Bulk Orders, we calculate shipping based on your order size & weight. For example, if your order weight is above 10 Kg we ship by FedEx Surface. Shipping with FedEx Surface is much cheaper.

Within Maharashtra - Rs. 30/Kg
Rest of the Country - Rs. 40/Kg

Shipping Charges for Mumbai Customer

As we have a warehouse in Mumbai, for Mumbai customers we have a special offer.

- For Orders above Rs. 10,000 - FREE SHIPPING
- For Orders above Rs. 1 to Rs. 9999 - Flat Shipping of Rs. 100/-

This offer is valid for areas in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Vasai & Virar. Please enter your Pincode and shipping charges will change if you fall under these pin codes.

Warehouse Pickup as a Option

Customers who wish to arrange pickup from our warehouse by their delivery partners, we will activate warehouse pickup as an option for them. In order to activate this option for you please send a mail to care.wholesaledock@gmail.com or contact our customer care number: +91 8080 92 8866.

In case of warehouse pickup only Packing Charges of Rs. 10/Order will apply.
How do I track my order?
We will send tracking details by SMS to you for your orders as well as your customer's order. You can further share tracking details with your customers.

We generally share order number, customer's name, shipping partner's name & AWB number by SMS. You can visit their respective website to track your orders. Our shipping partners name & their websites:

Make Payments

Why don’t you offer COD?
Wholesaledock is not a marketplace. We own all the inventory on our website. So we don't add any commission to our product price. Also, shipping charges we charge are per KG basis and not for 500 gms like other marketplaces. Hence we are able to offer our products at the cheapest price than any other reseller's marketplaces in the market.

Also, we have kept our margins very low and have passed all these benefits to our resellers. Due to these, we are able to guarantee you a REAL WHOLESALE PRICE on wholesaledock. So at this low price point, it becomes difficult for us to absorb COD charges & also RTO charges that arise if we offer COD options to our customers.
Can I use Paytm to make a payment?
Yes, you can use Paytm to make a payment.
How do I make an online payment?
Here'show you can make an online payment:

- Add a product to your cart
- Go to the Cart Section
- Click on Checkout
- Enter Billing details (your details) - These details you will have to fill for the first order only.
- Enter Shipping details (end customers details)
- Enter Sender's details (your or your reseller's name & contact number)
- Click on PLACE ORDER
- Select an online payment option and pay!
What are different payment modes?
We offer multiple payment modes as follows -

Can I block an order and make payment later?
No, you cannot block an order and make payment later. However, if you find a product that you like, we strongly recommend that you purchase it right away after receiving a confirmation from your customer. The product might go out of stock at a later time.

Return or Exchange

Who will bear shipping charges on Returns?
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us in case you are not satisfied. You should send the goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Whats is Wholesaledock’s Return & Exchange Policy?
Wholesaledock Offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you or your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product. However, there are are a few basic rules to be eligible:

- Product has to be in original & unused condition
- A request has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item shipped is damaged, missing or wrong.
